Ordering Process
You may place an order through our website or by fax.  Please feel free to call us if you prefer.  We will then confirm
your order via e-mail.  Once you reply back to us and confirm your order, we will process the it.

Shipping Information
Your order will be filled within 2-3 business days. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

During the ordering process, you’ll have the option to select your preferred shipping method.  Simply select the
method you like and the charges will be included in the order total.  If you’d like to go back and try a different
method, just use your browser’s “back” button.  Shipping charges are based on weight of the filled order.  

<Domestic>
We ship by the US Postal Service (Priority or Express Mail) or UPS.  The estimated delivery time by USPS Priority
mail is 2-3 business days.  It may be cheaper for very light shipments (typically up to 2 pounds), but it's not
trackable for every transactions.  Express Mail is a trackable for all transaction and estimated delivery time is 1-2
days.  It can also be an economical choice for heavier orders to Alaska and Hawaii.

<International>
We provide automatic shipping rates with UPS Worldwide Saver due to their partnership with Yahoo!.  However, if
you call or email us, we will find the most cost effective way to ship your order.  US Postal Service may be
considerably cheaper.  

Order Status and Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. If you wish to check on the status of your
order please e-mail us at info@jflairhomestyles.com.  We'll send you another e-mail when we ship your order.

If you live in, or ship your order to North Carolina, we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase at the
current rate of 6.75% and an additional .5% if you live in Mecklenburg County.

Once the order has been processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.  

Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to honor any exchanges/returns as long as the item being exchanged/returned is in new condition
and accompanied by the original invoice.  Your exchange/return request must be made within 14 days of receipt.

J Flair Homestyles wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases. If for any reason you are not,
please email us at info@jflairhomestyles.com to obtain a Transaction Number. In order to issue your Transaction
Number, we will need the following information:

1. Your email, contact information and/or fax.

2. The item number & description of the merchandise being returned/exchanged.

3. The original invoice number.

Your Transaction Number and the address of where to return the item(s) will be issued via email. (Or by phone or fax
if necessary)  Please write this number on your invoice and the outside of the box.

All items must be unused and returned in the same condition as sent. Once we have approved and received your
return, we will process your exchange/refund within 7-10 business days.

You may ship your return as soon as you have received your Transaction Number. For your protection, please send
all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We cannot be responsible for returns that
are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

In the unfortunate event that your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item and
take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 7days of receiving the
damaged package. Make sure to obtain your Transaction Number by e-mailing us at info@jflairhomesyles.com.   
We will not be able to process any returns/replacements without this number.

If the returned item is to be exchanged, please include a note detailing the exchange.  After we receive your
exchange, an email will be sent out to confirm your order and the new balance or credit due. This will include any
price difference between the exchanged items, possible taxes and shipping costs.  The balance or credit will be
issued in the same form it was received.

Your exchange will not be shipped until we have received full payment for this balance.
