We offer a gift wrap for your convenience.  We'll wrap your gift and include a note for a special
someone. Just put "
Gift Wrap by J Flair" in your shopping cart!  Please make sure to leave a
message to a recipient when you check out.

Large Order Pricing
When requesting discount pricing for large orders, please specify item names, quantities and date
needed.

Ordering Process
You may place an order through our website or by fax.  Please feel free to call us if you prefer.  We
will then confirm your order via e-mail.  Once you reply back to us and confirm your order, we will
process it right away.

Shipping Information / Policy
Your order will be filled within 2-3 business days.  We ship via US Postal Service. We will notify you
as soon as possible of any delays.  Please note that the estimated delivery days are provided by
USPS.  It may vary depending on the day you place your order due to holidays, sever weather, etc...  

During the ordering process, you’ll have the option to select your preferred shipping method.  Simply
select the method you like and the charges will be included in the order total.  If you’d like to go back
and try a different method, just use your browser’s “back” button.  Shipping charges are based on
weight of the filled order.

We are happy to exchange/return orders, but we will refund or exchange only the cost of goods. We'll
not refund shipping, any custom related fees, or taxes.  Please see "
Return and Exchange" below
for more details.

If more than 10 days pass after you place an order and you have not received your order, please
contact us immediately.  We'll do our best to track your order. If you wait more than 2 weeks to notify
us, it will be hard to track and J FLAIR is not responsible for any lost items by a carrier.

Priority: 6-10 business days, not trackable online, not insured
First Class Mail: 10 days~varies, not trackable online, not insured (only up to 3.9lbs. If the
pacakge is 4 lbs or more, our system will automatically give you Priority Mail rates, and we'll
ship via Priority)
For any international orders, taxes and duty fees may be applied.  J FLAIR is not responsible for lost
items, foreign custom fees, or taxes.

USPS is currently available for limited countries.  However, if your country is not listed or if your
shopping cart does not give you a shipping rate, please let us know.
We will find the most cost
effective way to ship your order.  For any international orders, customers are responsible for any duty
fees that may apply.  J FLAIR is not responsible for lost items, foreign custom fees, or taxes.  

Order Status and Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. If you wish to check on the
status of your order please e-mail us at info@jflairhomestyles.com.  We'll send you another e-mail
when we ship your order.

If you live in, or ship your order to North Carolina, we are required to charge you local tax on your
purchase at the current rate of 7.75% and an additional .5% if you live in Mecklenburg County.

Once the order has been processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.  

Returns and Exchanges
Except for fabrics, we are happy to honor any exchanges/returns as long as the item being
exchanged/returned is in new condition and accompanied by the original invoice.  Your
exchange/return request must be made within 14 days of receipt.  All sales are final on fabrics.

We will refund or exchange only the cost of goods. We'll not refund shipping, any custom related fees,
or taxes.  

J Flair Homestyles wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases. If for any reason
you are not, please email us at info@jflairhomestyles.com to obtain a Transaction Number. In order
to issue your Transaction Number, we will need the following information:

1. Your email, contact information and/or fax.

2. The item number & description of the merchandise being returned/exchanged.

3. The original invoice number.

Your Transaction Number and the address of where to return the item(s) will be issued via email. (Or
by phone or fax if necessary)  Please write this number on your invoice and the outside of the box.

All items must be unused and returned in the same condition as sent. Once we have approved and
received your return, we will process your exchange/refund within 7-10 business days.

You may ship your return as soon as you have received your Transaction Number. For your
protection, please send all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box. We cannot be
responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return
shipping are paid by the customer.

In the unfortunate event that your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace
the item and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us
within 7days of receiving the damaged package. Make sure to obtain your Transaction Number by e-
mailing us at info@jflairhomesyles.com.   We will not be able to process any returns/replacements
without this number.

If the returned item is to be exchanged, please include a note detailing the exchange.  After we
receive your exchange, an email will be sent out to confirm your order and the new balance or credit
due. This will include any price difference between the exchanged items, possible taxes and shipping
costs.  The balance or credit will be issued in the same form it was received.

Your exchange will not be shipped until we have received full payment for this balance.
